Mapping the Queer City, Oslo, Norway


‘Mapping the Queer City’ is an ongoing research project done by MAAMITO as part of the project ‘Queer City’, developed together with SPEED architects and ROM for kunst- og arkitektur. Through experimental carthography, the project explores the presence and representation of LGBTQI+  people in the city of Oslo and aims to open a discussion on inclusive spatial design practices. The project included a creative workshop on monuments to queer stories with Kleanthis Kyriakou.
